I just LOVE this color!
I have a Tippi sweater from last fall in a burnt orange color, and it is SO comfortable. I love to use it to layer, and so I can't wait to add another one to my wardrobe this fall! I like this lilac color because it can be fairly versatile depending on what you wear it with - wear it over a green and blue plaid during the winter, and with white shorts in the spring? However, I'm not quite sold yet on the heathered look so here's hoping J.Crew puts some solid colors on the shelves too!
JACKETS & VESTS
This jacket would look absolutely hideous on me, but I love it nonetheless - it's so feminine and polished! If you have the body type, definitely check this jacket out :)
The Majesty Peacoat has been a staple in J.Crew's collection for a few years now I think - it looks just amazing! I have my eye on this navy blue one but also a red one... I can't decide which would be better! I just love the red one but the blue is so classic!
I have an excursion quilted vest from last year as well in burnt orange, and I love it to pieces. I would wear it every day if it was cool enough. It is so comfy, not too bulky at all, and just generally perfect for fall layering and wearing with riding boots. I tried to get this camel color last fall (and the fall before that...) and it was sold out both times!! Make sure you go now or there will literally be none left!
