These are some of my favorites colors for mid-winter! Because I like to think that spring is almost around the corner, I tend toward lighter colors with cool tones, such as parka perfect from Essie.
When I paint my own nails I start with nailtiques. I usually have nailtiques on my nails because my nails break fairly easily; formula 2 is perfect for strengthening and providing a base coat so my nails are not damaged by the polish. I then use two coats of nail polish and top off with seiche vite, a fabulous topcoat. Both nailtiques and seiche vote were suggested by my sorority's house mom a couple years ago, and they have worked wonders for me since!
