Day 16 (1/21/2015): double coffee because it's Wednesday.

I have been EXHAUSTED a these past couple of days and I am just not sleeping well. {The. Worst.} Heading for the bedtime tea tonight!

Breakfast: granola with soy, banana, black coffee. 

Snack(s):
Starbucks vanilla caramel macchiato, pita crackers (they're almost gone...) and a banana. 

Dinner: more soup! 

Time: 20 minutes

Super boring today! Despite the lack of excitement in my cuisine, I saved a ton of time and only spent about 20 minutes preparing food :)
