The Breakfast:Oatmeal
Starbucks tall soy latte.
Lunch:
Trader Joe's southwestern salad. Holy cow this is literally my favorite salad right now. It's something like $3 at Trader Joe's and it is perfection on a Saturday shopping run. I will eat breakfast right before grocery shopping (grocery shopping on an empty stomach is never a good plan) but by the end of shopping and running errands I'm starving and ready for lunch! But for some reason although my fridge is now fully stocked, the last thing I want to do is actually make myself something. Weird. So I grab this salad, throw it on a plate, mix it up, and plow through the rest of my day!

Snack:
Apple with peanut butter. This is literally my obsession right now. I have gone through so much peanut butter it's almost ridiculous. (Trader Joe's peanut butter FTW).
Dinner:
Freshly baked chicken (YUM) was amazing. Last week I made the worst chicken on the planet for the first time in a while... And I literally couldn't even make myself eat it all. I threw half of it away. So wasteful, but seriously it was that bad. But I made some amazing oven roasted chicken with just olive oil, salt, pepper, and rosemary and it was divine. And then I added some leftover beet slaw from Martha Stewart's Clean Slate cookbook which I am obsessed with. It's a beet slaw salad so it contains beets, celery, olive oil, cucumbers, avocado, and sunflower seeds (salt and pepper to taste).
